Registration is available to government agencies who, as part of their work request certificates from us. You can read more about registration.
Once you have an account you will be able to make payment (if applicable) and track the progress of your orders.
Certificates for government agencies
Government agencies can request certificates of life events registered in Victoria, such as:
- Births, deaths and marriages
- Changes of name
- Changes of sex (or recognised details)
- Registered relationships
For quickest turnaround, provide as much detail about the event as you can. For example, an exact date is preferable to a date range.
