Pay the data application fee

How to pay the fee for requesting approval to access data.

This information applies to: Requesting approval to access data

Choose Data extract request > Submitted, then:

  1. Tick the draft’s checkbox
  2. Click the Make payment button
  3. Follow the screen prompts to complete payment
  4. Download a PDF receipt from the ‘Payment successful’ screen (make sure your browser is not blocking pop-up windows)
  5. Wait for our email letting you know if your application is successful
