Register as an organisation

Instructions on how to register as an organisation for our online services.

Organisations will nominate:

A stakeholder representative (‘representative’). This person manages the organisation’s account, including its users
Nominated users: staff who use BDM services on behalf of the organisation.

The representative can also be a user.

Steps in registering as an organisation

1. Stakeholder representative	Set up organisation's registration Nominate staff to use the services. They can also add or remove staff later.
2. BDM	Approve the organisation's registration Send the nominated staff an email with link.
3. Nominated users (for example, staff)	Follow the link to complete their part of the registration process Provide their details Provide proof of identity.

Note: Nominated users (staff) can't create an account until they're received an invitation from BDM.
