You now need a Service Victoria account to complete online transactions. When you log into your BDM account, we’ll ask you to link your Service Victoria account or create a new one. Service partners are not affected.

Submit a data request

How to submit a data request to BDM.

Choose Data extract request > Drafts, then:

  1. Check that the request’s status is ‘Ready for upload’. (If you still need to add information, select View to return to the form).
  2. Tick the draft’s checkbox
  3. Select the Submit button at the bottom of the screen
  4. On the next screen, select Submit to confirm your submission.

We can’t access your request until you’ve paid the application fee.
