Organisations will nominate:
- A stakeholder representative (‘representative’). This person manages the organisation’s account, including its users
- Nominated users: staff who use BDM services on behalf of the organisation.
The representative can also be a user.
Steps in registering as an organisation

- Approve the organisation's registration
- Send the nominated staff an email with link.

- Follow the link to complete their part of the registration process
- Provide their details
- Provide proof of identity.

Note: Nominated users (staff) can't create an account until they're received an invitation from BDM.
