We are prioritising critical certificate or registration requests. For critical requests only:
- Apply online
- Then email firstname.lastname@example.org and include:
- Order number
- Proof of identity
- Reason(s) why it is critical.

If there's an error on your relationship certificate, you can apply to have it corrected. All applications are subject to an assessment.
